Bullying Micro Lesson
Atomic Training Microlearning lessons are designed to deliver the message as efficiently as possible while engaging the learner. These lessons can be delivered through many methods – email, online website or a Learning Management System. The goal is to have the learner respond directly to the person or the department that requires accountability. These are components of the full lesson but delivered in smaller, digestible segments. They can be spread over time so as not to distract the employee from the work at hand. These lessons can be tailored to your company, or you can use a standard format with your logo and branding. They can also be tracked through a Learning Management System that can track the progress of each learner.
Case Study Report
In this lesson, Atomic divided the course into five Microlessons. Each is delivered through email with a return receipt. The learner will then launch the lesson and return an answer within a set amount of time to the HR or designated department.
Once the first course is completed the second lesson can be sent out until the entire course is completed and compliance has been met. The course is progressive with each lesson building on the previous, one and captures the message that needs to be delivered.
