Atomic Training is your end-to-end training solution. Our lessons are intuitive and can include a variety of learning tools. Lessons are SCORM and xAPI compliant and can be added to any Learning Management System (LMS).

Atomic works with each client to determine the appropriate style of learning for the target training group. By using a pallet of available tools, a comprehensive program both instructs as well as engages.

Atomic will integrate your corporate training videos, or create content for you. We have access to broadcast quality production teams to assure that the best programming will match your requirements.

· LMS Delivery Systems ·
To help you with your compliance with state and local laws, Atomic can deliver a Learning Management System scaled to fit your needs. We use MOODLE as our LMS as it is fully open source and can be customized to your needs. This system will deliver your lessons and allow you to track who, what, when and how well they did. If you have your own LMS in place Atomic will deliver your training package in a SCORM compliant zip file ready for your IT department to implement.
· Quantitative and Qualitative Based Approaches ·
Each lesson Atomic develops is evaluated through a mixed approach. This is accomplished by using a Qualitative and Quantitative approach. To do this, Atomic creates a standard set of questions tailored to your needs. This will give us a baseline on how and what we should focus while building your individual plan.
Additionally, a Qualitative method also delivers a real-time pulse on the subject matter and how it affects the students on an individual level. By using both of these methods we are able to build a specific plan that will suit your needs.
· Assessments and Evaluations ·
Each project is developed through a Pre-Assesment. This will establish the needs of the project. During this time Atomic will be reaching out to your assigned point-of-contact (POC) and perform an interview. This is followed by a short survey.
This will give us a better idea of what the needs really are, and create a direction for the development of the training. We take this information back to our team and lay out a course of action. Once this process is developed, it is delivered to the POC for final approval.
We follow up with an evaluation once the final lessons have been processed and implemented to ensure that our training was impactful. If modifications are needed Atomic will revise and incorporate them into the program.
